Ms Aw Wen Ni is a Partner in the Specialist & Private Client Disputes Practice and in the Private Wealth Practice.

Wen Ni advises high-net-worth individuals and families on their diverse needs ranging from succession and estate planning across generations, asset protection, estate and trust administration. Wen Ni also acts for her clients in contentious disputes.

Wen Ni advises high-net-worth individuals and families on the setup of trust structures, preparation of pre- and post-marital agreements as well as preparation of testamentary instruments. Wen Ni also advises her clients on the full life cycle of the establishment and management of family offices and fund vehicles, from structuring and incorporating the family offices and fund vehicles, communications with the Monetary Authority of Singapore, making the requisite tax incentive applications to advising on related immigration and employment matters and CRS reporting requirements.

Other than front-end work, Wen Ni also regularly appears as Counsel before the Singapore Courts in complex and high value disputes which include contested probate / estate matters, shareholders’ disputes, banking and financial disputes and proceedings under the Mental Capacity Act 2008.

Wen Ni is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Singapore) and the Wealth Management Institute’s Global-Asia Family Office Circle.

Wen Ni graduated from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.

Ms Wong Pei Ting is Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP. She is a disputes lawyer whose practice includes corporate and commercial litigation, international arbitration, and restructuring and insolvency.

Pei Ting’s primary focus is on complex contentious matters, providing tailored and specialised advice and support to clients across a wide range of industries. Her experience includes acting in banking and trust disputes, shareholder disputes, breaches of directors’ duties, cryptocurrency disputes, and other high stakes commercial and cross-border claims.

Aside from her civil litigation work, she has also acted in white-collar crime defence and advised clients on investigations and restructuring and insolvency matters. She has been recognised by Benchmark Litigation (2024) as being “confident and hardworking, adept at quickly grasping issues at hand. Maintains decisiveness and composure at all times”.

Ms Rachel Yao TEP is counsel based in the Singapore office of leading offshore law firm Carey Olsen and leads the firm's trusts and private wealth practice in Asia. She is the only native Chinese Mandarin speaking trusts and private wealth lawyer based in Singapore who specialises in offshore law.

Rachel's clients range from wealthy individuals and families, professional trustees, family offices, wealth management companies to private banks. She has particular experience advising high and ultra-high net worth individuals from the Asia-Pacific region, many of whom are ranked on the Forbes World's Billionaires List and the Hurun China Rich List. Rachel advises these clients on family wealth preservation, global asset allocation and the establishment and restructuring of a wide range of trust structures including private family trusts and employee benefit trusts, philanthropic and charitable structures and foundations.

In 2025, Rachel led Carey Olsen to win the China Business Law Awards for Family Wealth Management for the first time.
