Nancy is head of Bedell Cristin's International Private Client practice. Nancy is a leading Jersey Advocate who has been ranked Tier 1 in internationally recognised legal directories, Legal 500 and Chambers.

She has over 20 years' legal experience in advising ultra-high net worth families, family offices and intermediaries from all over the world on the preservation and deployment of capital. She advises families on high value and complex family and corporate governance structures where they wish to institutionalise their family businesses and create a framework for preserving the wealth created for future generations. She also advises on the establishment of investment vehicles for families who wish to invest internationally. Nancy also advises regularly on matters involving family disputes and disputes between trustee and beneficiaries. She works closely with her litigation colleagues for matters which require a court application.

Nancy is qualified in four jurisdictions: Jersey, BVI, England and Wales and New Zealand. She is the only Jersey- qualified Advocate who can speak Mandarin. Nancy also has considerable experience with employee incentive arrangements as well as regulatory matters affecting offshore vehicles and service providers, including FATCA, the common reporting standard (CRS), economic substance and disclosure requirements.

Nancy is a member of the Jersey Institute of Directors and GCC Institute of Directors, and advises company boards on complex legal matters, including board governance, how to identify and manage conflict of interest and conflict between board members and shareholders, as well as the directors' legal obligations in making decisions for the company.

Sim Bock Eng is WongPartnership LLP's Head of the Private Wealth Practice and a Partner in the Specialist & Private Client Disputes Practice. Her main practice areas are in private wealth and civil litigation, which include family, matrimonial law, succession trusts and probate law, banking and finance, property and employment.

Bock Eng has over 20 years of experience in trust, estate and family laws – both front-end as well as litigation. She regularly advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on succession and estate planning and business continuity. She is recognised as one of the leading probate, trusts and private wealth management lawyers in Singapore and has been involved in several landmark decisions.

Bock Eng is the Vice Chairman of the Wealth Management Institute's Global-Asia Family Office (GFO) Circle Committee and Chairman of STEP Singapore. She is also the course co-ordinator for Probate in the Preparatory Course Leading to Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations.
