Programme Synopsis

On 20 August 2020, it was announced that Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with revenue and total assets not exceeding $500,000 can now automate the preparation and filing of the statutory returns with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA).

To better support tax professionals through this development, the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals is partnering with Netiquette Software and SMECEN to bring you through the functions and capabilities of the various software features to automate the preparation and ease you/ your clients in your statutory filing processes.

This is a golden opportunity to be updated on the latest and be poised to advise your relevant clients or your management to scale up to greater efficiency on compliance matters. Through the online demonstrations of the respective software providers, learn how the seamless filing integrates the annual return and financial statements in simplified XBRL format for ACRA, as well as Form C-S for IRAS. Coupled with a Q&A session at the end of each session, each session aims to have you walking away with the essential knowledge to reduce your compliance cost and increase the efficiency of your/ your client’s business.

Programme Outline

  • Get updated on what this new seamless offering is all about
  • Learn about the software features in each solution through the ‘live’ demonstrations during each online session
  • Get clarity and have your doubts cleared during the Q&A segment
  • Walkaway equipped with a better understanding of the latest technology
