It continues to take the lead among 112 countries and territories investing in Vietnam in 2021, accounting for nearly 37.6% of total investment capital in Vietnam.

With more than 18 years of professional experience in Vietnamese tax practice and strong industry insight, she employs a highly pragmatic approach to client relationship management. Thy is in charge of various multinational and local clients across several industries, including financial services, power and utilities, manufacturing, consumer and industrial products, and private equity.

As a full-service advisor, Thy supports clients in a range of fields, from general corporate tax advisory and compliance to in-depth tax due diligence, as well as planning and structuring of new investments, acquisitions, financing, and divestment.

Thy leads the Transaction Tax practice in Ho Chi Minh City and has been involved in various significant mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects on both the buy and sell sides.

Wesley has worked in Singapore and specializes in advising clients from an international perspective across various sectors. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Besides being an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income Tax) with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals, Wesley is also a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and ASEAN CPA holder.
