Gunadi obtained his Doctorate degree at Rijk Universiteit Leiden in 1991. He is an expert in Taxation, especially Accounting Taxation, National Tax and International Tax.

A board member of the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals, Professor Sum Yee Loong has more than 30 years of experience in Singapore and international taxation. He was Tax Partner in Deloitte Singapore from 1987 until his retirement in 2011.
Yee Loong’s extensive tax experience is honed from advising multinationals and local companies which includes financial institutions, international trading companies, manufacturing companies, information technology companies and many international legal firms. His areas of expertise include devising strategies and leading tax review teams to create and identify tax saving opportunities; structuring and restructuring for IPOs.

Kees van Raad is chairman of the International Tax Center Leiden, past Professor of International Tax Law at the University of Leiden and of counsel to Loyens & Loeff. He has been a member of IBFD’s Board of Trustees and belongs to the steering group for OECD’s International Network for Tax Research. Further, he is chairman of the International Fiscal Association’s Jury for the annual Mitchell B. Carroll Prize; past member (1986-2006) of its Permanent Scientific Committee, general reporter, member/chair of various IFA congress panels; and since August 2016 an Honorary Member of IFA. He was a member (1999-2012) and chairman (2006-2012) of the Executive Board of the European Association of Tax Law Professors and a member (2003-2015) of the Supervisory Board of the Max Planck Institute for Tax Law and Public Finance in Munich, Germany.

Iman earned a bachelor’s degree in Fiscal Administration and a master’s degree in Tax Policy and Administration from University of Indonesia. He is an active member of the Indonesian Tax Consultant Institute (IKPI), Indonesian Tax Attorney Association (IKHPP), and Indonesian Fiscal and Tax Administration Association (IFTAA).

He advises and supports clients from a plethora of sectors and industries, including technology companies, financial institutions, life science companies, energy companies, and family offices, on complex domestic and cross-border tax issues and transactions. He also regularly advises international organizations and national governments on tax law and tax policy matters.
In his other practice area of investment funds, Irving has worked extensively on both upstream fund formation and downstream transactional mandates. Melani currently works at Fiscal Policy Agency, Ministry of Finance of Indonesia as an International Tax Analyst.
She previously worked for DGT from 2003-2018. Her previous assignment at DGT was as a tax attorney for 4 years. Afterwards, she handled MAP and APA cases related to transfer pricing and treaties.
She has attended several workshops and trainings on international taxation held by the OECD, WORLDBANK, IBFD, AIPEG, JICA, and SGATAR and is also experienced as an expert in the OECD Train The Trainer on Transfer Pricing Program, Seoul 3-8 December 2018.
