In recent times, the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda has gained significant momentum. Taking this into account, the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) has taken proactive measures to encourage companies to embrace voluntary tax governance initiatives introduced last February, namely the Tax Governance Framework (TGF) and Tax Risk Management and Control Framework for Corporate Income Tax (CTRM).
