With the tax landscape evolving at a (literally) breathtaking pace with continual global developments, topped off with ever discerning clients, tax professionals face a slew of issues to deal with. In view of this, the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals (SCTP) partnered with the Associated Insurance Brokers Pte Ltd to share more about the consideration factors in ascertaining professional indemnity coverage.
The support to the profession continued with complimentary sessions demonstrating the various tax digital solutions by Netiquette, SINGTAX, Wolters Kluwer and Xion. To help tax professionals leverage technologies and stay up to date with tax in the speed of digital, SCTP also organised a complimentary webinar with CFB Bots on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and its application in tax work.
The session was followed by a small group discussion where interested participants had the opportunity to further explore how RPA may be integrated in the tax function to better enhance the productivity and possibly, integrity of their tax compliance work!
